Refund policy

At NAMLIF, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that for certain hygiene-sensitive products (for example, devices and accessories that come into direct contact with the skin), the right to return only applies if the hygienic seal/film has not been removed and the product has not been used after delivery, except where the product is defective. Please see the “Hygiene and sealed products” section below for more details.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@namlif.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (including devices and accessories that come into direct contact with the skin) where the protective seal/film has been removed or the product has been used after delivery, except where the product is defective (see the “Hygiene and sealed products” and “Exchanges” sections below)

Hygiene and sealed products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products are sealed and labelled as hygiene-sensitive. Once the protective seal/film on such products has been removed or the product has been used after delivery, the product is no longer suitable to be returned or resold and therefore is not eligible for a return or refund, except where it is defective.
This exemption applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Exchanges (Defective or damaged products)
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@namlif.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will require video proof clearly showing the issue with the product in order to evaluate your request.
Once the defect or technical issue is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement device or product at no additional cost to you, including standard return shipping where required. If a replacement is not possible (for example, due to lack of stock or product discontinuation), we may instead issue a refund in accordance with this refund policy. This policy on defective products is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Information
NAMLIF is not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order, as we do not offer refunds or replacements in cases where the delivery fails due to customer error.

Disputes
In case of a PayPal or other payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation, including proof of delivery and communication with the customer, to resolve the case. If the dispute is found to be unjustified, no refund will be issued.

Before returning any product, you are required to contact us at info@namlif.com to receive return authorization and further instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
