You will then receive a notification of shipment with full tracking information. Please allow 5–10 business days to receive your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days or sooner.

Where does my order ship from?
To save you money, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer or our distribution centers. These locations include the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
You will need to provide us with proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier.
Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), the packing slip (for missing items), and a description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
